I’m getting the same questions a lot these days: Who am I? And why do I want to be the mayor of Matteson?

Matteson has been my home for 30 years. My husband Jonathan and I built our home here and raised our family here. We love Matteson.

I’ve worked as a corporate executive and community leader for many years, so I know what it takes to be successful in the business world, and I believe the same principles apply for our community. We have to build a stronger economic foundation and reduce the heavy burden of property taxes. We have to end the cronyism and political perks in our government. And we have to put taxpayers first.

As this campaign progresses, you’ll hear a lot from me about these issues and my solutions for Matteson. I’m ready to fight for this community, and I hope you’ll give me that chance on April 4.
